  4. 1 tbsp red chilly powder and salt to taste. Mix….properly and knead a smooth dough.
  5. From the dough make a small ball size in shape. Once it is done. Keep aside. Heat oil in kadai. Shallow fry the koftas till it is light brown in colour. Once it is done. Transfer the koftas to a plate and keep aside.
  6. In the same kadai add little oil. When the oil is hot. Add 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp cumin seeds. Fry for few minutes. Then add chopped onion fy till it is light brown in colour. Then add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilly powder and the grind masala. Remaining masala is left in the jar add little water and pour it to the curry. Add water as neded.
  7. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes add koftas in the gravy. Boil it for few minutes. Add 1 tsp ghee also. Once it is done.
