  3. Add tomato in wok and cook it on  high flame till tomatoes become dry. Add paste and cook till oil starts floating on all over masala(bhuno). - Add potatoes in it, cover the lid and cooked for 5minutes on low flame. - Add cauliflower and cook till it done. - Garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. Method For Tawa Bhindi Fry:- Heat oil on tawa, add ladyfingers and cook till it become soft. - Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and aamchur powder mix it gently. - Cook till it become crisp.
  5. Method For Galka:- Heat oil in deep wok, splutter cumin seeds and green chilies. Add onion and cooked till the little colour change. Add Galka and mix it well. Cook till it get soft.
