- Take 200 g Morola Fish
- Get 2 Large Onion Finely Sliced
- Take 1 Tomato Chopped
- Take 1 Brinjal Cut Into Big Cubes

- Prepare 3-4 Curry Leaves
- Take 1tsp Ginger

- You need 2tsp Kashmiri Mirch

- Wash thoroughly and marinate the fish with some turmeric and salt. Keep it aside for like 10 minutes and then fry them lightly in medium hot oil. Don;t fry it till brown or else it won’t taste good.
- Now heat some more oil in the same pan. Add onion seeds, green Chilli, curry leaves and let them crackle in medium hot oil.
- Once it stop crackling add the onion and fry them till transparent. Now add the tomatoes, grated ginger and some salt.
- When the tomatoes become mushy add the brinjal pieces and fry them in medium to high heat. You can cover it also but stir occasionally.
- Now add all the spices into it. Like turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri Mirch, and remaining salt. Mix all the ingredients well. Cook in medium heat till u get a nice aroma of the masalas.
- Now after cooking it for like 4-5 minutes add 2 cup water. Give it a good stir, cover it and cook till the brinjal are cooked and you get the desired consistency.
- Now when the brinjal are cooked add the fish pieces. Mix gently. And let it boil for 2 minutes
