  9. Make tadka - in small pan heat 2 spoon oil add mustard seeds when they crackers add green chilli curry leaves 1/2 cup water sugar salt boil & pour on dhoklas
  10. Cut dhoklas in any shape you like square or diamond
  11. Serve with green chutney or tarmarind sweet chutney
