- Provide 4 leftover or fresh chapati/roti
- Use 1 cup gram flour/besan
- Prepare 1/4 tsp carom seeds
- Use 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
- You need 1 small capsicum sliced
- Provide 1 small onion sliced
- You need 2 tbsp thinly sliced beetroot

- Take 2 tbsp sweet corn
- Provide 2 tbsp green peas

Steps to make Schezwan Chapati Rolls:
- Firstly, in a mixing bowl take gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, carom seeds and salt. Mix well and make a smooth batter by adding water. Batter should not be too runny or too thick. Keep this batter aside to rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan on low medium flame. Add all the veggies and saute for a minute. Add schezwan chutney, tomato ketchup, salt and coriander. Mix well and switch off the flame. Stuffing is ready. (Do not over cook the veggies).
- Now in a small bowl take cornflour, black pepper, salt and little water. Mix well and make slurry. Keep aside.
- Place a chapati in a plate, add 2-3 tbsp stuffing and roll the chapati tightly, fold the corners.
- Apply cornflour slurry to the corners and close it properly. Make all the rolls likewise.
- Dip these rolls in besan batter and deep fry them in properly heated oil on medium high flame. Cut into halves and serve hot with your choice of sauce.
