In a pan..heat 5-6 spoons oil.add ginger garlic paste after that add 2 chopped capsicum 2 carrots and onion saute it (don't over ccok it)and after that add cabbage finely chopped saute it properly…add red chilli powder salt accordingly…add boiled rice and along with rice add Schezwan, soya, chilli, tomato sauce mix properly all together at the end add vinegar.. Schezwan rice is ready..

Last step is plating and garnishing…in a plate take some amount of schewan rice and spread in plate properly..after that for each person take four manchurian balls…and place it on the rice according to you..now cut some large pieces of onion and capsicum if you want to place it raw uh can else saute it and add after Manchurian balls..add raw finely chopped cabbage as shown in pic after that add fried noodles and Coriander leaves
