The ingredients needed to prepare Philly Cheesesteak Brats:
- Provide 4 fresh made brats
- You need 1/2 cup water
- Use 2 tbs butter
- Prepare 1 large green bell pepper - chopped
- You need 1 medium yellow onion - chopped
- Prepare 4 brat buns or hoagie rolls
- Get Sliced American cheese and/or your favorite cheese sauce

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot add about 1 tbs oil and swirl to coat.
