  2. Take 3 cup White Cheddar cheese ( i used Wisconsin Aged Cheddar)

  5. Take 2 cup Broccoli Florets (frozen)
  6. You need 4 -5 pieces Chicken tenders
  7. Provide 2 tbsp Flour
  8. You need 4 tbsp Bacon grease
  9. Take 2 cup milk
  10. You need 1 Salt & Pepper to taste

  1. Cook bacon to desired crispiness. Set aside
  2. cut Chicken into pieces and season with seasoning salt (lightly).
  3. Put two tbs of bacon grease in a skillet and cook chicken to almost done. Remove Chicken and set aside.

  5. While Pasta is cooking, in a sauce pan add two tbs of bacon grease. Once grease is hot whisk in 2 tbs of floor, cook until lightly browned.

  10. Add the remainder of the mozzarella and half of whats left of the cheddar. Mix well (i added more milk at this time)
  11. Add broccoli , and Chicken and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Crumble the bacon and add to dish and mix well.
  12. Cover with the remainder of Cheddar cheese. Bake in the oven on 350 for 30 minutes.
