  2. In a kadhai heat oil, add cumin seeds and cinnamon stick, after1 min roast besan(gram flour) when it starts turning light brown, add tomato puree, mix besan and Puree.

  5. Few minutes later, add the spinach puree in the kadai and mix it properly, if you feel it is thick we can add the leftover spinach water.
