For stuffing– heat a pan with oil,add cumin seeds,when they crackles add onion and stir for a min on medium flame.add all finely chopped vegetables and salt,cook covered for few minutes until soft.add potatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,mix well,add fresh coriander and lemon juice mix and switch off the flame.stuffing is ready.Let it cool.
