  6. Allow it to cool.
  7. Grind it to fine paste.
  8. Add water if required.
  9. In the same pan ; add little ghee/ oil, saute the paste for 10mins.
  10. Add required water and boil the gravy for 15-20mins.
  11. Add paneer cubes ; kasturi methi and coriander leaves.
  12. Transfer in the lunch box along with hot Paratha / rotis.
