The ingredients needed to prepare Roti Manchurian:
- Provide 2-3 leftover chappati(not more than 6 or 7 hours)
- Prepare 2 bowl chopped cabbage
- Prepare 1/2 bowl chopped capsicum
- You need 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
- Get 1/2 bowl chopped onion
- Take 2-3 chopped green chilli
- You need 1 pinch black pepper powder
- Get to taste Salt
- Use as needed Oil
- You need 1 spoon chopped garlic
- Use 3 spoon soya sauce and red chilli sauce
- Get 1 spoon tomato sauce
Instructions to make Roti Manchurian:
- First dry roast the chappati for both the side till turn hard
- Let it be cool for 10 minute.
- Then grind it to make a fine powder of that.
- Take a mixing bowl. Add the chappati powder, chopped capsicum, cabbage, green chilli and onion in that.
- Now add 1 pinch pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and salt as per taste. Mix well
- Make small balls of that. Heat oil in a kadhayi. Fry all the balls till turns golden and crispy
- Heat 1spoon oil in other pan. Add chopped garlic and onion in that. Saute for 1 minute.
- Add soya, red chilli and tomato sauce in that. 2 spoon water as needed. Cooked for 2 to 3 minute.
- Add the balls in that.. Your roti Manchurian are ready to eat…
